"FOGGY" was recorded by Richmond's Adrian Olsen (Dr. Dog, Natalie Prass, Matthew E. White) at Montrose Studios, and is an empowering song about the experience of coming through chronic depression. When we’re in a low place it can feel like there’s a fog surrounding the mind. The hardest part is gaining perspective when you can’t see past arms reach. Foggy is about the struggle of busting through to clear vision and gaining the larger perspective back.
